Denitta is a PAA Level 4 Pilates Instructor with a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in the Pilates Method with 13 years of teaching experience in Pilates and over 30 years in health and fitness. Denitta and staff will teach each client, meeting their individual needs. All bodies, ages, sporting and rehabilitation requirements can be accommodated, and we welcome new members from beginners to advanced to come along and become a part of our Pilates community.
