I started Pilates in 2002 after 20 years in the Health & Fitness industry.
I have a Diploma in Sports Studies, Diploma in Pilates, and an Advanced Diploma in Teaching the Pilates Method.
It is very important to me that my body ages well. I want to move well as I age, and I want the same for my clients
